  • 1 box Pinch Mexican Veggie dumplings
  • 1 spoonful of oil
  • 1/2 onion (chopped)
  • 1 garlic clove (crushed)
  • 1 bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 handful of corn
  • 1 spoonful of cumin
  • 500 mL soup stock
  • (optional) Let's Salsa 'Smokin' Bell Pepper' salsa (to taste)


Heat oil in a pot and add chopped vegetables, garlic, corn and cumin. Sauté 3-4 minutes.

Add stock, bring to a boil. 

Add frozen dumplings, boil for 5 minutes.

Add hot sauce if using, garnish with spring onion, avocado, coriander and tortilla chips if available
