The perfect sauce to balance with our spicy Mexican Veggie dumplings! 

 

Ingredients:

  •  2 ripe avocados
  • 1 small red onion, finely diced
  • 1 small, crushed garlic clove
  • 1/2 a handful of chopped coriander
  • 2 Tbsp of chunky tomato salsa 
  • Juice of 1-2 limes
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions:

Scope avocado pulp into bowl, mash with back of fork while still leaving chunky. 

Toss with the onion, coriander, lime juice and tomato salsa. 

Add salt and pepper to taste.
